Return & Exchange Policy
Niyazio.com is a marketplace platform where products are listed and sold by third-party sellers. As such, we do not handle returns or exchanges directly.
However, we allow returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products sold on our platform, subject to the following conditions:
- Product Condition: Only new, unused items in original packaging are eligible.
- Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 1 day of product delivery.
- Return Method: Returns are handled by mail. The seller or manufacturer will coordinate this with you.
- Return Label: A return label will be included in the package or provided via email if applicable. No cost will be charged.
- Restocking Fees: None. Returns are free of restocking charges.
